Working With Us

1

Make an enquiry

Contact us to share your project details, from coffee tables to full joinery packages. Provide sketches, photos, and inspiration to help us understand your vision.

2

Initial Quote

Expect a response within 48 hours, packed with creative ideas, queries, and an initial quote, exploring material options and space optimisation techniques.

3

Design meeting

If our proposal fits, we'll visit to gather measurements, present samples, and refine the design until it exceeds expectations, securing this with a deposit.

4

Manufacturing

To initiate, we'll need a deposit, usually 75% of the total fee. For bigger projects, payments can be split into three installments. This deposit kickstarts material procurement and furniture production. We'll provide regular updates and welcome workshop visits.

5

Installation

As we approach the final stages, we'll coordinate with you to schedule a convenient installation date. We prioritise minimising disruption by constructing the majority of furniture in our workshop. Once installed, we'll provide an estimate of the onsite duration.

6

Final payment

Upon the successful delivery and installation of your furniture, along with your satisfaction, we'll issue the final invoice. Be at ease knowing our products are backed by a comprehensive two-year guarantee, with hinges and runners supported by a lifetime warranty.
